Hidayat Jumani welfare trust’s aims to provide free health service to the poor and needy patients and facilitate people and help them to get rid of the diseases. The major programs in the health sector are shown in below.

•       From 2015 to 2024, the organization has provided financial assistance for medical treatment for over 1100 deserving patients as mentioned below.

•       In 2022, the Trust donated Furniture to Government Taluka Kotdiji hospital worth of Rs. 971,800.

•       In Oct 2023, Hidayat Jumani Welfare Trust donated Rs.250,000 Karachi Institute of Kidney disease Association

•       In November 2023, Hidayat Jumani Welfare Trust purchased medicines/hospital utilities worth Rs.200,000 for JDC's "Ghaza Relief camp".

•       From 2018, Hidayat Jumani Welfare Trust donated Rs. 100,000 per month to Red Crescent Hospital on account of provision of Oxygen gas for patients. However, a management decision in 2023 led to the discontinuation of this.

•       In 2019, the organization paid Rs. 1,043,545 for construction and renovation of Regional Health Centre “Atta Muhammad Hami Hospital” in District Khairpur.

•       In January, 2020, Hidayat Jumani Welfare Trust Started donating Rs. 32,500 per month to Fatimid Foundation on account of 5 Thalassemia patients for their medical treatment. However, in 2023 this was also discontinued by the management of the trust.

•       Hidayat Jumani Welfare Trust runs free of cost ambulance service for immediate assistance to patient in case of any emergency. Approximately more than 20.000 patients have been serviced since 2015. Currently 9 ambulance are being run by the trust which are deployed in different rural areas of Khairpur including kot bungalow, Choondko, Kumb, Mahmood Shah, Khairpur City, Tando Masti & Trust Office.
